Schilling
School raises more than $32,000 for American Heart Association
Celebrates
with all-school assembly
Schilling School students put their hearts into it, raising $32,519.01
for the American Heart Association.
Students raised the cash for lifesaving research and educational
programs through the school’s annual Jump Rope for Heart campaign this past month.
To celebrate, they attended an all-school assembly on March 2 where the
four students who raised the most cash got to pour spaghetti over the heads
heads of Principal Candis Gasa and Assistant Principal Nate Baldwin.
This is the 12th year Schilling School has participated in Jump Rope for
Heart. To date, it has raised $200,472.27 for the American Heart Association.
