Time
to register your kindergartner for the 2018-2019 school year
New
dates set to complete the registration process in Homer 33C
Do you have a child who will turn 5 on or before Sept. 1, 2018? It’s
time to register for kindergarten.
Homer School District 33C invites parents to complete the registration
process between 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. April 18, April 25, May 9, May 16 June 26,
June 27 or June 28 at Goodings Grove, Luther J. Schilling, William E. Young or
William J. Butler schools.
Parents are asked to bring a copy AND original of the following
documents:

Child’s certified county
issued birth certificate
●
Any court documents related
to guardianship
●
Proof of residency
To prove residency, please bring one
of the following:
●
Most recent Real Estate Tax
Bill
●
Mortgage Document or
Statement (dated within the last 60 days)
●
Signed Current Lease
●
Military Housing Letter
●
Section 8 Housing Letter
In addition, please bring three
of the following:
●
Illinois Driver’s
License/State ID (MUST be one of the three items)
●
Utility Bill: cable, phone,
gas, electric water, etc.
●
Vehicle Registration
●
Auto, homeowner’s or
renter’s insurance statement
●
Medicaid card
All documents must be current (within the last 60 days) and include the
parent/guardian’s name and Homer 33C address. You must be a resident of Homer
33C at the time of registration.

Please note: Every kindergartner is required to have a current physical
(turned in no later than Aug. 1, 2018), an eye exam (turned in by Oct. 15,
2018) and a dental exam (turned in by May 15, 2019).
