Trump Calls For DOJ To Investigate Obama Admin Spying

A few hours later, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein took massive action.
According to the Washington Examiner:
Rod Rosenstein asked the Justice Department’s inspector general Sunday to review whether there was improper politically motivated surveillance of the Trump campaign in 2016. The attorney general, Jeff Sessions, has recused himself from Russia-related matters.
Rosenstein responded to the President’s tweets: “If anyone did infiltrate or surveil participants in a presidential campaign for inappropriate purposes, we need to know about it and take appropriate action.”
Sarah Isgur Flores the Justice Department spokeswoman stated, “The Department has asked the Inspector General to expand the ongoing review of the FISA application process to include determining whether there was any impropriety or political motivation in how the FBI conducted its counterintelligence investigation of persons suspected of involvement with the Russian agents who interfered in the 2016 presidential election.”
Inspector General Michael Horowitz promised in March to review the way the Steele dossier was used as opposition research in an attempt to surveil former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page through a FISA Court.
Recently revelations exposed Stefan Halper for being an FBI spy embedded into the Trump campaign.
The Daily Caller reported:

The use of an informant is sure to raise questions on Capitol Hill as well as with Trump supporters. It remains unclear when Halper began conducting surveillance on the Trump team, whether he was paid, and whether he was directed by the FBI, CIA or both.BREAKING: Trump Calls For DOJ To Investigate Obama Admin Spying, Rod Rosenstein Just Responded In A MASSIVE Way
