Obviously I'm not talking about an unconscious state as in a coma or a deep sleep. I'm talking being unaware of the hidden chains the unseen powers have placed on us through propaganda and indoctrination.
Americans would scoff and laugh at any hint that they don't have freedom, let alone a conscious mind. Yet we are subject to a system of thought that can and is constantly manipulating our lives. Few even suspect this.
Who has the time and focus to penetrate the hidden agenda of the media and government? For the multitude, there is nothing in their unconscious mind to spark suspicion or inquiry into devious political demagoguery. We practically go through our entire existence in an unconscious state. We pay respect to the very influences that are life-consuming and constantly drain our lives and assets.
The very first step toward mental freedom is to recognize the politics of envy (class warfare) and self-sacrifice. Then psychological power and advantage is reversed from external authorities to us, the individuals. This is universally true in any country in the world. Mental freedom precedes physical freedom. Mental freedom is not a figment of idealism or philosophy. It delivers peace of mind and unlimited prosperity to the individual right under the nose of oppressive government. To escape oppressive government is to escape the thought system that we are born into.
Some of the conversations about gun rights highlight how propaganda has so deluded our thought processes and made us willing serfs.
Last year, Florida Governor Rick Scott was a featured speaker at the NRA convention. In his speech he said this:
| "We (Republicans) need a larger majority in the U.S. Senate. We need a majority that has the intellectual capacity to comprehend these three words in the Constitution: shall not infringe. What does shall not infringe on the people's right to bear arms mean? It means shall not infringe. It's really not very complicated." |
It's not complicated at all. One thing that makes the Constitution such an important and amazing document is that it is written in such concise and plain language and easy to understand — except for lawyers.
But Scott has changed his tune. This is Scott from February:
| We will require all individuals purchasing firearms to be 21 or older. There will be exceptions for active duty, reserved military and spouses, National Guard members and law enforcement." |
What Scott is telling you here is that he believes in rights for some but not for others. He believes in equality, but unequal equality. By carving out "exceptions" for people in certain classes, Scott is not-so-subtly telling you that certain people don't matter, that the simple act of becoming part of the government class — or a spouse of a government worker — grants you "rights" not possessed by the proletariat. In other words; government people are more special than the common man. This is an ongoing theme espoused by the elite, supported by flag-waving patriotism, and it works to great effect.
Case in point: A mini controversy broke locally in Alabama when an armed but off-duty police officer was denied admittance to a concert in city-owned venue that had a policy prohibiting guns. The police officer protested; arguing that his position as a "sworn" and "trained" officer exempted him from such a policy and he should be allowed to carry his weapon whenever and wherever he went.
Comments on the news article overwhelmingly supported allowing the LEO inside the venue with his weapon but continuing to deny that basic right to individuals. Americans have come to believe and accept that the lives of those in the government class deserve the right to protection not afforded the proletariat class.
Of course, the law enforcement officers — those who would be tasked with denying rights to the individuals — support such an exemption for themselves. They fail to understand — or simply don't care — that when one right is or can be denied to one individual or class, then rights can be and soon are denied to everyone.
It is obvious that government parasites have to have "friends" and allies. They are not at all confused about who their natural allies are. Politicians and bureaucrats achieve balance of power (deceptive rule by consent) by subtly playing one group against another, carving out exemptions for some that aren't afforded others, gaining favor from the enforcers to the public's detriment.
The U.S. establishment has so confused cause and effect through a flag-waving mania in America that even so-called "law-and-order" conservatives support the notion that laws should be applied unequally; that veterans and law enforcement — by their position of "sacrifice" and "service" — deserve special dispensation and favor as a protected class. And the people believe that they should surrender their "rights" for the "common good."
Modern psychological force is based on the propaganda doctrines of altruism and self-sacrifice among the people. Anti-productive politicians and bureaucrats use and coerce the public mind with the doctrines of self-sacrifice and altruism. This is a system of appeal to the unconscious mind. When you hear a politician use the term "common good," "for the children," "fairness" or "your fair share," he is manipulating you to give up something — rights, privileges and wealth — to nonproductive government.
If the manipulative fiction of self-sacrifice were to become widely known, the people could readily see that taxes, regulations and innumerable laws are a complex system of government force.
When people are programmed by mass hypnosis, as most Americans are, they are in a state of cognitive dissonance (conditioned response). They automatically reject any thought not in harmony with external authority. Most of you have seen and experienced this firsthand with friends, neighbors and family. It is easy to see this tremendous power in the hands of those who control the collective mind.
It is commonly believed that an unconscious person is comatose. This is the extreme, but the unconscious person is anyone under automatic guidance from external authorities. This refers to the vast majority of Americans. Quite obviously, political and some religious authorities want to keep this state of unconscious collective mind. When we understand this, we see that all governments strive to keep the mass mind unconscious and dependent on authority. Political systems approach the high risk zone when larger numbers of people discover consciousness and personal initiative and guidance from their own brains. Politicians and altruistic charlatans would call this transition "selfishness."
You are the advance guard in the transition back to conscious reality and the recognition of political manipulation. The expansion of our numbers could and will mean the end of authoritarianism. The individual in a state of consciousness is not subject to mass hypnosis and political deception. And he's taken big steps toward liberty.
